Mr. Allmon has experience in nuclear power plants (PWR primary and secondary chemistry and BWR chemistry); fossil power plants including conventional boilers and heat recovery steam generators (HRSG); solar power plants; Department of Energy (DOE) facilities; and a variety of industrial and manufacturing sites. His background includes advice and consultation (A&C), outage support, project management, contract transition teams, due diligence facility assessments, training, laboratory methods development, expert witness, statistical life distribution analysis, pilot plant testing, and basic and applied research. Mr. Allmon has a high degree of commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Mr. McManus has over 25 years of experience in operations, maintenance, asset and laboratory management for electric utilities, chemical manufacturing, heavy industry and environmental control. His background includes process improvement, water production and purification, steam cycle chemistry, circulating cooling water, scrubber chemistry, by-product chemistry, urea generation, effluent water, ash ponds, landfills, stormwater, Title V inspections, solid waste streams (hazardous waste, used oil, and recyclables), CERCLA, RCRA, chemical inventories, laboratory and on-line chemistry instrumentation, plant simulator software development/training, statistics, life cycle improvement, Asset Performance Management (APM), Reliability Centered Maintenance, supply chain asset recovery, QA/QC, lean six-sigma and ITIL certification. His project management skills include Project, PrimaVera, Pasta Scheduling, Maximo, WAM, SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft and Taleo.
